Qigong set. As the name implies this seminar will awaken or revive a
deep connection - a sense of UNITY within yourself. This connection is
something that you had as a child but lost somewhere along the way.
Let this weekend rekindle your inner radiance.
Inner Radiance Qigong
is a set of eight easy-to-learn exercises that can be
used to increase your energy and vitality, allowing practitioners to
sense and build their Inner Radiance. With continued practice
this unique set opens and strengthens the deep muscles of the body,
creating overall physical integration and Qi flow, increasing the
sense of ease and comfort in your body and with your life.
Beginners and seasoned Qigong practitioners alike will enjoy this set

"I've been exposed to a lot
of Qigong schools and the IIMQ is the only one I choose to take
classes from. [Why?] Because it is complete. It is the most
true to the classics of Chinese Medicine. It resonates with my
soul. I 'remember' a lot of these things."

Winter - the Tao of
Water!
December 21 was the Winter
Solstice - the shortest day of the year and the beginning of the peak
season of the Water Element. Water/Winter is both the
end/death and holds the promise of renewal - like a seed.
In physics we might liken
Water to an object at rest, containing all potential, yet no kinetic
energy. Like the Tao, Water has no form, and is very Yin. It
does nothing on its own, except flow to a place where it can rest -
like a merging with the ocean of the Tao. And from that place of Yin -
stillness, it gives birth to many things. For example, plants
(Wood element) cannot survive in fast-flowing water. Plants grow
best around ponds, lakes, slow flowing streams and protected harbors.
The gift of a
well-balanced Water element is the ability to move through our life
feeling confident, and in touch with the awareness of our ability to
handle even difficult situations.
As the "mother" of
Wood, balance in your Water element supports endless creativity and
the ability to view the struggles of others with compassion (the
Virtue of Wood). Adequate
Water also balances Fire, giving you the ability to relax and enter
into tranquility and quietude.
|
|
The Water element is manifested as your Kidney and Bladder organs.
The Kidneys purify the Water and Bladder eliminates the impurities.
The Kidneys are the source of all Yin and Yang in the body, so are
crucial to the health of all the other organ systems. They also store
what the Chinese call "Essence" or "Jing" energy. Essence is a dense
form of energy that gives things substance and form. It comes
from your DNA plus the refined aspects of food, water and air. You
might think of Jing/Essence as the physical form of the will to live.
Water is easily
depleted and drowned out when you have too many obligations and
overly-busy times, eventually leading to losing touch with your inner
peace and confidence. When that happens, it's easy to feel
exhausted, out of sync, or even some of the more Wood element types of
symptoms - like irritability or even depression (since Wood is the
"child" of Water).
The only "cure" at that
point is to rest, to take valuable time to once again take stock of
who you are and what you need. Take time to dream and hibernate
- like the bears! You will then have adequate reserves to
sustain the bursting forth of Wood energy and enjoy boundless
creativity this coming Spring.

On Another Note...
Financial Health is an Important Component For a Balanced, Happy Life.
And, though money doesn't buy happiness, it can serve as a tool to support
both your family and others less fortunate.
You may have caught the email I sent out shortly before Christmas
regarding some online trainings about the economy and a group that's
been making money on their investment portfolios while most people
have lost up to 30%. Most of those videos have already been taken
down, but I managed to get permission to share the most important
one - that covers the information that the ultra-wealthy (private
business people with net worth of $10M plus) have been using, and
why they've been quietly pulling their money out of the stock market
over the past year. You can get access to it now at
www.PrivateMoneyRevolution.com
There's so much confusing information out there, this video on the
7 step process the wealthy use to predict the financial future will
give a different perspective than you're getting from the news.
By sharing this I'm not trying to say whether they're right or
wrong... you must decide that for yourself. But the information
is something that you won't be able to find elsewhere, because
most of the rich are keeping quiet about what they know. I've
been privvy to aspects of it, through many of my real estate
investing colleagues. But these no cost trainings from Mike
have in several cases been even better explanations than I got
from seminars I paid for!
No one has a crystal ball, but there are historical and demographic
aspects that I
strongly feel every person should be aware of. What you do with that
information is up to you.
Check it out now, before getting distracted or called to handle other
stuff ==>
www.PrivateMoneyRevolution.com
There's another video where my friend Mike goes into detail on the
economic bombs that are set to go off in 2012, and details about
how to position yourself to profit from them. It's about a 1.5 hour
training and looks like he'll be running it through this week.
I put a link to it at the end of the one at
==>
